1. Strict Packaging and Delivery Procedures

We provide sealed packaging to ensure that the goods are not accessed by third parties during transit. To protect customer interests, we or our delivery service providers may require the recipient to present identification documents (such as ID cards, travel permits, passports, or driver's licenses) for registration, ensuring the safe delivery of the goods to the recipient. All recipient personal information will be securely stored in our company's e-commerce department and used solely for verification purposes.

2. Authorizing Others to Collect Goods

To protect your rights, please pick up the item at the designated store. If someone else is authorized to collect it, the authorized representative must present the following documents when receiving the item:

(1) Authorization Letter (Please submit your application via email before pickup, and we will provide it via email within one business day.)

(2) A copy of the consignee's identity document with a photo attached;

(3) Copy of the credit card or debit card used for payment;

(4) Goods Pickup Notice; and

(5) Identity documents of the authorized representative

If the aforementioned documents are not provided, the company reserves the right to refuse the consignee's authorized representative from collecting the goods.

3. Goods Handling and Delivery Time

The website closes orders at 9:00 AM every business day and completes payment confirmation and shipping arrangements within three business days.

Customers who choose to pick up their orders in-store will typically receive a shipping notification email within 20 business days.

Due to individual payment methods and the usage of online gift vouchers, the processing time for confirmation and disbursement of payments may be adjusted
